The gentleman working in the morning was pleasant.

There was no hot water when we arrived at midnight, and we were not informed until it was too late. Breakfast was very disappointing. the sausage was okay, but the bacon was limp, and the eggs were watery like soup. The check-in experience was unpleasant due to the rudeness of the front desk staff when I inquired about an elevator for a disabled person in our group, who could have used more consideration.

Met some other guests at the motel who shared their wild stories while we waited to check in. One guy had just gotten evicted from his room for playing music too loud. The whole situation was so chaotic it felt like a scene from a bad movie.

Price was steep for the experience, but I guess that's what you get when options are slim. you know what I'm sayin'?

We had a decent 2-night stay. The breakfast options were simple, but I enjoyed the shower pressure and the quiet atmosphere for a restful night. I’d come back for the great beds and cleanliness!

Not what I expected

We stayed for one night. The room was pretty cramped and not super clean. It had this weird hole in the shower wall. When we checked in, the front desk gave us the wrong door to use, so we had to lug our bags back to the car to find another way in. The picnic area outside was a nice bonus, though.

I had a pleasant surprise during my stay when I found the room had lovely decor and comfy beds, which made it a great spot to relax after a day exploring the nearby Gallatin History Museum and Cooper Park.

The beds were super comfy, which is the most important thing for me! Also loved the delicious breakfast spread! However, the area felt a bit sketchy at night. 😬

I enjoyed the room's neat artwork and comfortable bed. The desk attendant was genuinely kind and checked in on us after settling in. Rates were excellent for the quality provided. However, the air conditioning unit was quite loud, which made it a little difficult to sleep. The cleanliness was not up to standard, as I noticed some areas that needed attention. Overall, the hotel is being rehabilitated and is headed in a great direction, but there are still some kinks to work out.
